I use vegetable milk “Komekoji milk barista edition” of derived from Koji fermentation which MARUKOME developed. I use domestic rice (rice, Komekoji) and reproduce allergenic free, natural sweetness, and very good one features the affinity with coffee.

The iconic mark of Balasun’s clonal line is “MYSTIC.” This tea features layers of muscatel and floral flavors, creating a long-lasting finish.
