I use vegetable milk “Komekoji milk barista edition” of derived from Koji fermentation which MARUKOME developed. I use domestic rice (rice, Komekoji) and reproduce allergenic free, natural sweetness, and very good one features the affinity with coffee.

COLD BREW TEA

We use high-quality tea leaves from Chai Break in Kichijoji, and steep them in cold water for 24 hours. The brand we offer changes daily, so please ask our staff for details.
